Ryan Batty is a second generation real estate professional, as his father has been a real estate broker and developer in the Tampa Bay area for 45 years. Ryan was born in New Orleans before moving to St. Petersburg, FL at the age of seven. Growing up in the business, Ryan has accumulated a lifetime of local real estate knowledge and expertise that has proven to be a huge advantage for his clients. Ryan graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Psychology and Political Science. After college, Ryan spent 4 years touring as a professional golfer before shifting his focus to real estate and following in his father’s footsteps. He credits the game of golf for instilling his values and high standards of honesty and integrity and always doing the right thing. Ryan’s approach and philosophy is simple: clients come first and always go a step beyond.
